Building Code
The Douglas County Building Codes serves all areas of the Unincorporated Douglas County. Regulatory jurisdiction falls only in the unincorporated portions of Douglas County not within any city limits. The Building Codes team reviews residential and commercial building applications, plans, issues building permits, and performs all construction inspections.
