1) Executive Session for consultation with the County Counselor regarding legal matters related to public health, which matters would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship, in order to protect the privilege; and

2) Executive Session for consultation with the County Counselor regarding pending litigation, which matters would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship, in order to protect the privilege.
