Where To Vote
To find your polling location, please visit our Polling Place Lookup application.
There are three ways to vote in the General Election:
- Advanced ballot - by mail and ballot boxes
- Early voting in-person
- Election day in-person
1. Advanced Mail Voting Information
To receive an advance ballot you must apply. Find the online application here.
Ballot drop boxes are convenient secure boxes where you can drop your mail-in ballot beginning 20 days prior to an election. These boxes are checked daily by a non-partisan board of election officials. These boxes are secured and closed at 7PM on Election day.

2. Early Voting In-Person
Early voting, in-person, will be taking place for the 2025 General Election, beginning on October 15th.

October 15 to October 24 - 8AM to 5PM
October 27 to October 31 - 8AM to 6PM
Saturday
November 1 - 9AM to 1PM
Last Day for Advanced Voting
Monday, November 3 (closes at NOON by law) - 8AM to NOON
3. Election Day In-Person
There are many precinct locations in Douglas County. You'll need to determine your precinct using voter registration search.

POLL PLACE CHANGES:
- Precinct 10 voters will vote at Immanuel Lutheran Church (2104 W. Bob Billings Way, Lawrence)
- Precinct 25 voters will vote at Trinity Lutheran Church (1245 New Hampshire St., Lawrence)
- Precinct 26 voters will vote at Vintage Church (1501 New Hampshire St., Lawrence)
