How to Use the Funding Application Form

Note: Prior to the following steps, you must reset your account password if you are logging in for the first time in 2026.

Basic Steps

1. Log in to site
2. Fill out the application
3. Save Progress (partial) or Submit (complete)
4. Make changes later -- after form has been submitted

1. Log in to site

Don't forget to log into the site every time you intend to access the actual application form.

2. Fill out the application

You can fill out the application in its entirety or do some work, save changes, and return at a later time. You will have the option to "Save Changes" at any time.

3. Save Progress or Submit

When you wish to continue work, log in to the site and visit the form page. Make sure to choose "Save Changes" if you are not ready to submit the form. When you are ready to submit, you will be able to edit the form later but the process will be different.

4. Edit Form After Save or Submission

If you have saved your progress but have not submitted, you should be able to simply visit the form page and continue your work. 

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email. At this point, you cannot simply visit the form page and continue work. A link will be provided to make changes to the form submission after it has been submitted. To edit the form, you must first log in to the website and then click the link in the confirmation email. You should be able to open the form and make changes.
