Public comment will be taken for each regular agenda item as each item is discussed. Individuals will be limited to one comment per agenda item. Individuals are asked to come to the microphone, sign in, and state their name. Speakers are asked to sign in so that the spelling of names is correct in the minutes of the meeting. Speakers should address all comments/questions to the Commission.

1.1. Proclamation to Declare GIS Day 2019
2. CONSENT AGENDA
2.1. Approve Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to Agreement No. 157-11 transferring bridges associated with the K-10/Bob Billings Parkway interchange from KDOT to the City of Lawrence.
2.2. Staff recommends approval of a contract with Lakeview Excavating, Inc., for demolition work to be performed at 146 Maine, in the amount of $66,791.00 with an overall anticipated project budget of $76,960.00.
2.3. Consider approval of Accounts Payable.
3. REGULAR AGENDA
3.1. Consider approval of Conditional Use Permit (CUP-19-00282) for George’s Event Center based on the findings in the August staff report and staff memo, and conditions as outlined in the staff report.
