Derusseau called the regular meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 with members Derusseau and Gaughan present. Commissioner Thellman was absent.

CONSENT AGENDA 06-06-18

Derusseau moved approval of the following Consent Agenda:

►  Approval to re-enroll Lone Star lake for an additional 10 years in the Community Fisheries Assistance Program through the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism;

►  Agreement between the Kansas Department of Health and Environment Division of Health Care Finance, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners and the Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department for Outreach, Prevention and Early Intervention Services; and

►  Resolution 18-15 establishing a 30 miles per hour maximum speed limit on a portion of N 1360 Road in Wakarusa Township.

Motion was seconded by Gaughan and carried 2-0.

 

ACCOUNT PAYABLE 06-06-18 

Derusseau moved to approve payroll in the amounts of $57,500 paid on 05/31/18, and $189,868.96 paid on 06/06/18. Motion was seconded by Gaughan and carried 2-0.

Derusseau moved to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded by Gaughan and carried 3-0.
