Thellman called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 with all members present.

BUDGET 07-27-10
The Board conducted 2011 budget hearings. No action was taken.

Thellman moved to adjourn; Flory seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
