18 Year Old has First Appearance Today for Sex Crimes at Oliver Hall

Douglas County District Attorney Charles Branson announces that Jon J. Myers, 18, had a first appearance today at 3:30 p.m. in the Pro Tem Division of the Douglas County District Court.  Myers is charged with sexual battery and aggravated sexual battery for two incidents that occurred at Oliver Hall on October 25.  He is accused of touching the leg of a victim in a sexual manner and later putting his hand in the pants of another victim.

Attached is a copy of the complaint with the charges filed against Myers.  Myers is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The charges are merely allegations of criminal conduct.
