Behavioral Health Court Handbook
The Douglas County Behavioral Health Court Team would like to welcome you into our program. As a participant in the Behavioral Health Court, you will need to follow the rules given in court by the Judge and the treatment plan developed with your treatment providers. This handbook will explain what is expected of you, and what you can expect from Behavioral Health Court. If you have further questions about the Behavioral Health Court, you should ask your case manager, attorney or supervision officer.
