The Human Services Building provides leased space to Douglas County agencies that provide direct human services to the community. Agencies located in the building: American Red Cross, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Child Care Aware, ECKAN, Head Start, Housing and Credit Counseling, Tenants to Homeowners, The Arc of Douglas County, Self Advocate Coalition of Kansas and the Douglas County Child Advocacy Center.
