HSC funding is extremely limited, and we are not able to assist every household that applies. These questions help us identify households that may be at the greatest risk of becoming homeless if they lose their current housing, so that we can prioritize the limited funding available.
You do not need a formal eviction notice or court paperwork to be considered. Please answer each question as honestly and accurately as possible based on your current situation.
Completing an application does not guarantee assistance. HSC receives many more applications than we are able to fund, and only a limited number of households can be selected for assistance each week.
