Douglas County Drug Court will host the sixth annual Recovery Walk from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at South Park, 1198 Massachusetts St. The community is invited to this free event to celebrate Recovery Awareness Month with activities, contests and a short walk around the gazebo. Speaker Jamie Mills will share her personal recovery journey.
