The Firefly Festival will run from 5 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at Burroughs Creek Park, 900 E 15th St. The public is invited to this free annual event celebrating fireflies with fun and music. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own food, drinks, blankets or chairs and enjoy the performances while learning how to care for the creek.
