Douglas County has teamed up with the City of Lawrence for a "Battle of the Branches" Community Blood Drive on Tuesday, June 24, at the Carnegie Building, 200 W. Ninth St., in downtown Lawrence. To sign up, visit savealifenow.org/group and use code EZ32.
To donate, individuals must be 17 or older or 16 years old with a parental consent form. Donors need to bring a photo ID.
