The community is invited to the Kaw Valley Farm Tour from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, October 3 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, October 4. These self-guided events will take place on 34 Farms and 4 Heritage sites all around the Kansas River Valley.

From live music and carnival rides to educational exhibits and competitive events, there’s something for everyone!

Tickets are required, one $15 ticket per carload grants entry to everything for both days.

• Cottin's Hardware & Rental at 1832 Massachusetts St, Lawrence

• K-State Extension Douglas County at 2110 Harper St, Lawrence

• Franklin General Store at 11405 Johnson Dr, Shawnee
