The Douglas County Board of Construction Appeals will hold a meeting on Friday, November 13th, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Public Works Building, located at 3755 East 25th St., Lawrence, KS. The Board will hold public hearings on the following item:
ZBCA-2026-0001: An application from Brian and Eve Tolefree appealing the Chief Building Official’s determination that the residence at 688 E 715 Rd is a Dangerous Structure per Section 13-117(a)(5)(b-f) of the Douglas County Code
Any person interested in appearing and testifying before the Board on an application is welcome to attend.
