Public Comment

Public Comment is subject to the following rules: (1) Each speaker will be limited to a total of three minutes of speaking time; however, we will accept public comment of any length in writing; (2) Individual speakers may not donate unused time to other speakers; (3) All comments must address topics within the jurisdiction of the Advisory Board; and (4) We reserve the right to mute and remove any speaker whose comments are threatening, aggressively hostile, or belligerent.

      2. What is missing that should be included?
      3. Is there any additional content that staff should work to piece together for the report?
      4. Is there text/content that advisory board members would like to contribute to the drafting of the report?
2. Next Steps and Timeline
   1. October: Review detailed outline.
   2. November: Review first draft of the report, add any additional information.
   3. December: Finalize the final report of recommendations to be shared with both governing bodies. Develop presentation plan.
   4. January: Advisory Board to present findings to the Baldwin City Council and Douglas County Commission.
