- Motion to approve with addition of “Discuss Changes in Membership” item by Melissa, second by Marlin. Motion passes.

- FPC working groups to share highlights of recent work and current priorities
- Learn from and discuss with Senator Francisco state-level food systems efforts and implications
- HB 2310: “Creating the Kansas healthy soils fund and the Kansas healthy soils initiative” has been introduced and referred to the Committee on Agriculture. There may be opportunity for Douglas County/DCFPC to support next year.
- Proposed that DCFPC work with other KS FPCs to organize a local food policy hearing for the Senate during the first two weeks of the 2022 session.
