Gaughan called the regular meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 with two members present, Gaughan and Thellman. Flory was absent.
CONSENT AGENDA 07-22-15
Gaughan moved approval of the following Consent Agenda:
► To waive the purchasing policies and approve a purchase for the Appraiser’s office for mobile office data collection software from Tyler Technologies in an amount not-to-exceed $36,000 and authorize the County Administrator to approve change orders up to 10% of the final agreement amount.
Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 2-0.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 07-22-15
Gaughan moved to waive the purchasing policy and authorize the County Administrator to approve the disposal of the IT assets that are non-working and beyond being reasonably repaired using Midwest Recycling Center. Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 2-0.

Gaughan moved the following appointments to the 2015-2016 Douglas County Kansas Emergency Management Advisory Board and Local Emergency Planning Committee Members. Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 2-0.
