9:35 a.m. - Discussion of request from Emergency Management for (4) additional sirens (Teri Smith)
9:45 a.m. - Discussion of request from County Appraiser for additional appraiser position (Steve Miles)
9:50 a.m. - Discussion of request from Lawrence Humane Society for additional operating funds and additional funds for building repairs (Dori Villalon)
10:10 a.m. - Discussion of Public Works Budget including request for (2) additional equipment operators
in anticipation of highway 59 turnover, and other Public Works issues (Keith Browning)

Gaughan called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2012 with all members present.

The Board conducted 2013 budget hearings.
No action was taken.
Gaughan moved to adjourn the meeting; Thellman seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
