4:30 P.M. Joint Meeting with City Commission on Economic Development in the Bliss Room at the Eldridge Hotel.
Johnson called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2007 with two members present. Charles Jones was absent.
MISCELLANEOUS 06-25-07
At 3:30 p.m., McElhaney moved that the Board recess into executive session for 35 minutes with Evan Ice, County Counselor; Craig Weinaug, County Administrator; Dan Patridge, Health Department Director; and Michael Kelly, County Surveyor. Johnson seconded the motion and it carried 2-0. The Board returned to regular session at 4:05 p.m. No action was taken.
McElhany moved to reconvene to regular session; Johnson seconded and the motion carried 2-0.

McElhaney moved approval of the following Consent Agenda:

The motion was seconded by Johnson and carried 2-0.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE 06-25-07
McElhaney moved to approve payroll in the amount of $270,192.49 to be paid on 06/25/07. The motion was seconded by Johnson and carried unanimously.
Johnson moved to adjourn; McElhaney seconded and the motion carried.
