Chairman Johnson called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 21, 2003.  All members were present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

BUDGET 01-21-03
The Board conducted budget hearings. No action was taken.

Johnson made a motion to adjourn; Jones seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
