8:15 a.m. - Budget Work Session
The Douglas County Treasurer’s Office is implementing a new way to more efficiently help our customers. Starting Tuesday July 12, 2016, we will be using a program called Qless which will allow our customers to check in and reserve their spot in line without physically standing in line. Once you check in, you will receive periodic status updates, including one about 15 minutes before you reach the front of the line. Please allow enough travel time to be at the office when you reach the front of the virtual line.
County Commission meeting for June 15 has been cancelled. The Commission will not meet.

The County Commission will not meet on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.

Sean has over forty years experience in the construction industry and has been working in the enforcement and administration of building codes since 1982. Mr. Reid has led the Johnson County Contractor Licensing Program for the last ten years as the Program Manager. Previous to that, Sean was Building Inspector and Plan Analyst for the City of Lenexa, Kansas....
Douglas County offices will be closed starting at 3 PM on Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24, 2015.
District Court offices will be closed on Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24, 2015.
Douglas County and District Court will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2015 for the Christmas holiday. This includes offices in the Douglas County Courthouse, the Douglas County Judicial & Law Enforcement Center, and all external offices. Douglas County will reopen its doors on Monday, December 28, 2015.
