Commercial production to close portions of two roadways on December 14

A production company will shoot video for a commercial on several roads in Douglas County on Thursday, December 14, weather permitting.  Two road sections will be temporarily closed for the video activity:

  • E 900 Road on top of Clinton Dam; closed approximately 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM
  • E 1130 Road along Martin Park; closed approximately 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

 

One additional road sections will be utilized to shoot video.  Traffic will be controlled through this site during the shoot.  Some minor delays can be expected at the following site after 12:00 noon on December 14:

  • Route 1023 (E 250 Rd) just south of N 1400 Rd

 

Appropriate temporary traffic control signage and barricades will be in place for the two temporary road closure locations.  The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office will assist with traffic control.

 

The production company, RW2 Productions, has worked with the Army Corps of Engineers-Clinton Lake, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Douglas County Zoning & Codes, and Douglas County Public Works for necessary permits for this work.
