Important Update on the HSC Application Process - New Application Now Open
The Housing Stabilization Collaborative now reviews applications using a prioritization tool designed to identify households most at risk of eviction leading to homelessness. This process helps ensure that limited funds are directed to households with the greatest need. Applicants still apply online and the process for applicants is fairly simple.

The Housing Stabilization Collaborative (HSC) exists to support community members in accessing and affording sustainable housing through our rental and utility assistance program, landlord engagement best practices, monthly rental availability list, and partnership with local social service agencies.
