Important Update: HSC Application Changes
The Housing Stabilization Collaborative (HSC) is making important updates to how rental and utility assistance applications are reviewed and prioritized.
There will be no February lottery.
Please do not submit an application for February assistance just yet!
We are using this time to transition from a monthly lottery system to a new prioritization tool designed to better identify households at the highest risk of eviction and homelessness. These changes will help ensure limited funds are used where they can have the greatest impact.
Applications will reopen on February 1, using the new prioritization process.
We encourage households and partner agencies to return then to apply.
Thank you for your patience as we work to improve fairness, equity, and effectiveness in our housing stabilization system.
Tenants Apply Now
Please check back February 1 to apply using our new prioritization tool.
Check Lottery Status
January 2026 was our last lottery - starting February 1, 2026 we invite you to apply using the prioritization tool that is being developed.
