Important Update on the HSC Application Process
At this time, the Housing Stabilization Collaborative (HSC) has not yet transitioned to the new prioritization tool. We will continue using the lottery system for the upcoming funding cycle.
📅 Next Lottery Date: February 17
🕛 Application Deadline: End of day on February 16
Please continue to submit applications as usual through the standard application process.
Eligibility Reminder
Due to limited funding, HSC is currently only able to consider applications for households who are experiencing immediate housing crises, including:
- Utilities that are currently shut off, or
- Households that have received an eviction notice
Applications that do not meet one of these criteria will not be eligible for funding at this time. Of those that are eligible, funding limits us to select about 10% of applications.
We appreciate your patience as we work toward implementing program changes and will share updates as soon as the prioritization tool is officially launched.
Tenants Apply Now
Please check back February 1 to apply using our new prioritization tool.
Check Lottery Status
January 2026 was our last lottery - starting February 1, 2026 we invite you to apply using the prioritization tool that is being developed.
